Stephen Sellers – Director
Stephen has been involved in more than 75 engagements involving the planning, evaluating, structuring, and negotiating of various types of business transactions.
The successfully closed sell-side, buy-side, joint venture, and other types of transactions on which Stephen has participated have an aggregate economic consideration in excess of $4 billion.
In addition to his transaction advisory work, Stephen has also worked in business development for a start-up company, co-led a private investment company, and held executive positions at a multi-state healthcare system.
Within his community, Stephen serves as a Ruling Elder at Highlands Presbyterian Church and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at St. Augustine School after serving for many years as the school’s Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.
Stephen holds MBA and MSHA degrees from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and a BA from Mississippi College where he received a Perry Academic Award as one of the seven top college scholars.
