Jonathan Maloney – Financial Analyst
Jonathan Maloney is a Financial Analyst with Strategic M&A Advisors. In his role, he assists clients throughout the sell-side advisory process by developing detailed financial analyses, valuations, and transaction materials. He brings strong analytical skills, a client-focused approach, and a commitment to helping business owners navigate the complexities of an M&A transaction.
Jonathan’s career path has given him a diverse foundation across nonprofit management, insurance, and education before transitioning into investment banking. This range of experience enables him to relate to business owners from multiple perspectives and bring thoughtful insight to each engagement.
Jonathan graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Business. He has also earned the FMVA® (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification, further enhancing his technical and financial expertise.
Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys endurance sports, weight training, international travel, and time in the outdoors. Having lived in five different countries, he brings a global perspective to both his professional and personal endeavors.
